Abstract/NotesAbstractNumerous specimens of Lingula tenuissima Bronn have been discovered in the Lower Keuper near Eakring, Notts. Earlier records of fossil bivalves in this formation are recalled and the implications of the present find discussed in relation to conditions of deposition of the Keuper.
