| Abstract/Notes | This describes a reconnaissance study of K, U, and Th distribution in six granitoid units of diverse lithology, within the southwestern section of the English River gneissic belt. The various units are distinguishable on the basis of mean abundances of radioelements and proportions of those means. The data reveal anomalous enrichment in Th in a large mass of pink granodiorite, and U enrichment in both pegmatitic differentiates and quartz monzonite of possible anatectic derivation. |
